THIS YEAR AT FIBO
We’re back at FIBO this year. Expect to see some cool new tech innovations that we’ve been working on.
We’ll be sharing success stories of our customers doing a great job of using our products and we’re keen to understand more about specific challenges that people we’re meeting for the first time have in their business right now and see how Fisikal can solve these challenges with some of our latest solutions.
So what’s new?
We’ve developed a great deal since our last visit to FIBO, but to call our top three innovations of the last two years we’d shoot for:
1. Streamlined booking and payment flows for clubs and studios
We learnt form customer feedback that there was a desire to radically streamline (make as easy as possible) customer booking and payment processes through a member-facing app. So we looked at how we could further simplify seeing availability, taking payments and completing transactions. Since its release our clients are seeing a minimum 100% increase in booking and payments for personal training and class passes
2. Content delivery and management
We have created solutions to simplify how content can be managed and distributed to subscribers, trainers and customers through the web and through associated mobile apps. From tutorial videos, to company announcements to workout content and virtual classes on the gym floor. 73% of our club customers’ members are now accessing free or premium workout content to supplement their membership and personal training
3. Online assessments and programmes
We have launched paperless assessments and programming solutions online and in app to help organisations reduced paper-based programming and assessments whilst giving them total visibility to achieve their KPIs more efficiently. For example, clubs can now know instantly how many members are being assessed, what the assessment data was, if the member has been programmed and if the member has accessed that programme since. Our club customers are saving up to 5 business days in working hours by automating previously manual processes
We’re hoping to catch up with the industry and meet the newest advancements and newcomers. It’s always a priority for us to compare our product offering to ensure we remain ahead of the competition — this remains a commitment to our existing customers.
