If we had to call our top four innovations of the last year we’d shoot for:
1. ROOM MAPPING – SPOT BOOKING – BOOK A BIKE
This new feature allows trainers to see who has booked onto a specific bike / resource within the class.
2. CUSTOM PORTALS
MOBILE OPTIMISED SIGN UP – Fisikal has created all the relevant API endpoints to enable operators to embed a sign-up flow in their website which can create a customer in Fisikal.
EMBEDDED SCHEDULES – Fisikal has extended the API and create a series of solutions to make it easy for operators to extract booking information held within Fisikal and present it either on in club screens or on their customer facing websites.
EMBEDDED PORTALS – Fisikal has created a completely integrated member portal which can sit inside an operators’ website. This new solution enables operators to combine multiple software’s and services within one end to end member experience.
3. BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE FLOWS
OPERATOR DASHBOARD – The new solutions we have created enables owners and operators to have total instant visibility over their business.
360 VIEW – Within the dashboards we can embed operator KPI’s and pull data from other external data centers – giving a 360 view of a business and its performance.
DATA ANALYSIS – During the course of 2019, we analysed a lot of our customer’s data and we were able to advise them as we could spot patterns. We continue to offer this data analysis service.
FLASH REPORTS – Once KPIs and dashboards have been created, we can customise end of day & weekly performance reports and send them automatically to staff so they can see how their business is performing.

- STREAMLINED BOOKING AND PAYMENT FLOWS FOR CLUBS AND STUDIOS
We learnt form customer feedback that there was a desire to radically streamline (make as easy as possible) customer booking and payment processes through a member-facing app. So we looked at how we could further simplify seeing availability, taking payments and completing transactions. Since its release our clients are seeing a minimum 100% increase in booking and payments for personal training and class passes
- CONTENT DELIVERY AND MANAGEMENT
We have created solutions to simplify how content can be managed and distributed to subscribers, trainers and customers through the web and through associated mobile apps. From tutorial videos, to company announcements to workout content and virtual classes on the gym floor. 73% of our club customers’ members are now accessing free or premium workout content to supplement their membership and personal training
- ONLINE ASSESSMENTS AND PROGRAMMES
We have launched paperless assessments and programming solutions online and in app to help organisations reduced paper-based programming and assessments whilst giving them total visibility to achieve their KPIs more efficiently. For example, clubs can now know instantly how many members are being assessed, what the assessment data was, if the member has been programmed and if the member has accessed that programme since. Our club customers are saving up to 5 business days in working hours by automating previously manual processes
